Introduction

Our prestigious multinational partner is looking for a new colleague for our Mainframe zOS Sysprog team to manage operating system environment on IBM zPlatform. The candidate’s responsibilities will include Mainframe related software support duties, execution of projects to implement and upgrade software and cover on-call support within a team.

  • Ticket / escalation analysis and recommendation improvement
  • Shift model improvement
  • Technical support


Expectations
  • Excellent English knowledge
  • 5+ years experience in 24/7 or other shift working models
  • Previous coordinator/manager roles in similar area


Advantageous
  • German language knowledge
  • Other sigma tools (SM9, SNOW) and/or knowledge of other ticket handling tools
