Introduction

ServiceNow is a key application for the delivery of services within IT and Finance. The ServiceNow platform is also used on a global level in the company. The ServiceNow Enterprise Service Management team is responsible for application management of the ServiceNow platform within the business. The team is responsible for Business Relationship Management throughout the ServiceNow lifecycle; service strategy, service design, service transition, service operation, continual service improvement.

We are looking for a ServiceNow application management specialist with a special interest and passion for user adoption/user experience. As a ServiceNow Enterprise Service Management team member, you will be working with stakeholders both within the organization and globally.

Tasks
  • Be responsible for developing and owning a ServiceNow user adoption- and user experience framework
  • Be responsible for the planning and execution of ServiceNow related user adoption activities
  • Plan and execute ServiceNow related training sessions
  • Participate in ServiceNow projects and enhancement activities being responsible for that good user experience and user adoption are sufficiently addressed
  • Be responsible for functional support and day to day operation of the ServiceNow Enterprise Service Management solutions
  • Be the single point of contact between ServiceNow potential- and existing customers and external service provider delivering 3rd line ServiceNow application support
  • Be responsible for test management including planning and execution
  • Participate in continuous improvements activities
  • Support customers in using ServiceNow in an effective and efficient way, including enabling customers to increase their process maturity through more advanced and expanded ServiceNow usage
  • Support customers with ServiceNow-related business cases. Translate customer needs and requirements into the best possible, standard ServiceNow solutions
Expectations
  • Master’s degree within IT, finance, business, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years experience with IT application management and/or user adoption activities preferably for ITSM solutions (ServiceNow or others)
  • Excellent communication capabilities
  • Being passionate about user experience/user adoption
  • ITIL Foundation as a minimum
  • High customer and service orientation
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and structured
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
