Introduction

Tasks
  • Maintain the integrity and the accuracy of the Supplier Onboarding Systems/Tools for all new supplier set ups and maintenance
  • Communicating with business stakeholders in connection to their requests
  • Responsible for continuous process improvement identification and implementation, risk and control self-assessment testing and review, handling customer escalations
  • Establish daily priorities and flow of work to ensure that timeliness and quality standards are met 
  • Ensure high-levels of Customer Service and satisfaction in a challenging Resource Management Organization environment • Drive required projects from Supplier Onboarding System/Tool perspective 
  • Handle cases requiring special attention, investigations, and escalations as appropriate 
  • Assist in audit and compliance efforts for department, including risk review, Self-Assessment, COB/business monitoring and documentation of policies and procedures 
  • Provide expert guidance and support on the development of key controls, standard processes, operating procedures, and promote best practices
  • Support reporting activities as required
Expectations
  • Min. 12 months employment in multinational / shared services environment OR 3 years regardless of the field 
  • Fluent written and spoken English 
  • Intermediate command of MS Suite 
  • Knowledge of an additional EMEA language is an advantage, specifically Arabic, Greek, Bulgarian, Russian 
  • Basic College (BA) or (BS) preferred 
  • Professional Supply Chain qualification is desirable Exceptional candidates who do not meet these criteria may be considered for the role provided they have the necessary skills and type of experience
