The challenge
A global IT services company needed experienced project managers for complex international IT programs: people who could drive execution, minimize delivery risk and bring projects to a controlled close. The requirement was senior level, at volume, in English and German, across multiple countries at the same time.

What we did
SWICON supplied 120+ project managers who led global server migrations, network infrastructure and help-desk rollouts, change and risk management, application rollouts, cloud projects, printer consolidation and end-user support programs.
The result
180+ projects were delivered across 12 countries within a managed client project portfolio worth USD 1.5bn (portfolio value of the projects managed, not SWICON revenue). The core value was recovery and control: projects rated red were brought back into schedule and budget, including programs previously assessed as unrecoverable.
