What you will work on You will be leading or contributing to initiatives such as:
• Fleet Manager App modernization (frontend redesign on OCC backend)
• B2B Marketing Automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration)
• Card acceptance expansion across international networks (INA, IDS, etc.)
• VAT refund platform integration and regional rollout (e.g. Serbia expansion)
• Self-service onboarding (Salesforce-based digital contracting)
• Mobile payments and virtual fleet card solutions (SeS / MOL MOVE ecosystem)
• Parking & toll integrations with secure fleet payment flows
Tasks
What you will work on You will be leading or contributing to initiatives such as:

Expectations

• Multiple stakeholders across business, IT and external vendors
• Cross-country and multi-system integration landscape
• End-to-end ownership from business case → IPP → delivery
• Operating within structured governance (stage-gate, financial control)
• High expectations on autonomy and decision-making
🔷 What we expect from you Must-have
• 8+ years experience in IT Project / Program Management
• Proven delivery of complex, multi-stream projects
• Experience in structured governance environments (e.g. stage gate / funding approval processes)
• Strong stakeholder management across business and IT
• Vendor management experience (external delivery coordination)
• Financial and resource planning experience (budget, forecasting, allocation)
• Ability to drive projects independently with minimal supervision Strong advantage
• Experience with large enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience in business case / IPP preparation
• Experience in digital / customer-facing solutions
• Agile + traditional delivery hybrid environment experience
