Tasks
General
- Follows the established demand management process
- Creates detailed business analysis, identifies business requirements, presents opportunities, highlights advantages of solutions and reviews risks
- Continuous improvement of the demand management – project lifecycle process
- Proper documentation of demand analysis
Demand intake
- Acts as point of contact for IT/IS demands coming from within the GBS organisation or the partner's business areas or corporate functions.
- Ensures that all necessary information is provided by the requestor to complete the demand intake process
- Involves all relevant GBS IT department in demand and/or project assessment
Demand & Project assessment
- Facilitates the demand assessment process
- Creates the bridge between business and IT to understand the business problem and provide best solution proposal
- Gather capacity/feasibility forecast from development / architect / service delivery teams based on the demand
- Identifies functional and technical requirements of the business case
- Creates cost estimation during project assessment and clarifies cost ownership with business
- Drives meetings with Technical Architect, PMO, Controlling and Service delivery teams during demand assessment phases, registers and monitor results, drives for progress
- Responsible for proper handover of demand assessment data to the assigned Project Manager after evaluation and assessment phase completed
- Accountable to have all the documents delivered within the demand management process

Work Experience
- 5 years relevant work experience
- IS / IT service/program/project delivery of corporate or shared services organization
- Business Analyst / Demand management / Project Management
Industry Experience
- Experience in a multinational environment
- Experience in Global Shared Service setup
- Experience in large scale IT/IS environment
Education
- College or University (IT /Business Degree or Equivalent)
Licensing/Certification
- ITIL, PMP, PMI
Functional Knowledge
- Demand management, Project management, Change management, Service management
Language
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)

- Great communication and analytical skills
