• Proactive in executing Order to Cash Sales Operations processes for Supplies, with focus in TCE continuous improvement
• During the execution of these processes, ensures alignment across internal involved parties within the organization: Sales/Category, Supply Chain, Finance, Credit and Collection
• Organizes calls with appropriate forum to analyze needs, commercial conditions, interactions, dependencies and path forward
• Ensures transparency and coordination across organization stakeholders
• Ensures that our sys the partner's compliance policy and looks for continuous processes improvement
• Systematically ensure records and archiving retention for audit purpose

• Good communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
• Fluency in English and one more European language desired(French /German)
• Basic knowledge and skills with business applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong synthesis, organizational and analytical skills
• Systematic and organized mind-set
• Solid Biz acumen and understanding of accounting concepts

Education and experience required:

• Technical University or Bachelor’s degree in Business

• SAP knowledge
